Public School created a sports-themed show, called “Varsity”, which was exhibited at We Are 1976 in Dallas this April.
My portion consisted of random sports-related moments, all cut out of construction paper. Ace Ventura, Breaking Away, Friday Night Lights, The Chefs, Bo Knows. All there.

Submission to Domy’s 5th annual Monster Show. Pieces had to fit certain size requirements, but otherwise we were free to imagine whatever sort of monster we could. I ask you, what’s scarier than a pubic hair on soap, especially if isn’t yours? I give you, “Pube Monster”.

This print came about as a result of the frustration of frequently hearing throughout the studio, “that looks like so and so’s piece”. I’m not condoning ripping someone off by any means, but nearly everything looks like something from the past. The disclaimer: “This is not the first drawing of a squiggly pencil.”

Total Recall—one of Arnold’s greats— is host to many shocking experiences for an eight-year-old boy, but the inspiration for this one takes the cake. Seeing breasts at this stage in life is shocking enough. An extra was just too much to take.
